Data methodology: official sources and limits

TravelOS uses official tourism statistics for market context, not to promise occupancy or revenue.

Hierarchy: national source when stronger and available; otherwise Eurostat. A failed adapter is not replaced with internal estimates.

Geographic grain is the source grain. A region is not presented as a city.

Freshness is the period the source published, not the deploy date.

The free website audit is independent of these series: it reviews the property’s public site.
